I purchased the Luxor folding bed and there is no instruction booklet with it. Apparently from reading the previous complaints, this is a common occurrence with your products. I called your factory and the customer service mailbox was full. There was not an alternative mailbox. It seems like a good bed, BUT I need the instructions on putting it together. Please.
