    To Whom It May Concern: Have left 3 messages (with an "Ebony), but no return calls, so am trying this route. I purchased four "Townsend Adjustable Stools" (# 032282MTL-01-KD-U). I had problems with several of the stool seats themselves (Part #2), with rust, or the black paint being scratched from the actual seat itself.     I had purchased a dining nook set about a year ago and got busy; so I am just now getting it out of storage to assemble it. It appears the parts are there but there are no instructions.     In my box I received two left hand glidders for the drawer...I need a RIGHT hand piece.     I ordered a set of nesting tables and some of the pieces are damaged. The instructions from the company say to call or go online to order these parts. I have placed a phone call and had to leave a message but was directed to a web site for consumer support. There is absolutely nothing on the website to help with replacement parts. I then contacted JC Penny where I purchased the tables and they only had the same useless info I already had access to.   • Damaged lid to armoire



    I received my Linon jewelry armoire through Walmart a week or so before Xmas. I put it together and when I took out the lid with mirror to place last I noticed the corner was crushed on the front, and another chip of wood on front of lid. I took a few pictures...tried to contact Linon via 1-800-262-1852 which was listed in instruction booklet.   • Horrible Products!



    First off: people looking into buying something from this company, don't! This isn't just a couple of people ... this happens all the time! I bought these trays as a Christmas gift (for the family) ... and they are supposed to be the "top of the line" tv trays. They have the fancy marble top and nice wood. Well ...     I purchased the 5 shelf bookcase for my granddaughter's bedroom (who recently came to live with me because of famiy issues).     I recently purchased the Five Shelf BookCase, item number #66525DO-01-KD CHESTNUT DPCI #249-14-0009.   • Very Bad Customer Support



    DO NOT BUY ANY LINON HOME DECOR PRODUCTS!!!!!!!! BAD PRODUCT, SUPPORT, AND SERVICE! No one from this company returns phone calls, faxes, or emails. I purchased three book cases by Linon Home Decor at Target and two of them had several broken parts. I followed instructions to get these parts replaced and had no luck.     I purchased two bookcases from Target which were manufactured by Linon Home Decor. One of the bookcase assembly kits did not include a critical part, so following the instructions in the booklet, I faxed in a request for a replacement part. And there it went into a BLACK HOLE. I purchased the Luxor folding bed and there is no instruction booklet with it. Apparently from reading the previous complaints, this is a common occurrence with your products. I called your factory and the customer service mailbox was full. There was not an alternative mailbox. It seems like a good bed, BUT I need the instructions on putting it together. Please. Good Morning, I filled out a damage part request form but have not heard back. Can you please let me know if you got the form I submitted it on your web site. I purchased the Linon Vanity Set from Target.com for my daughters Christmas gift. The vanity arrived with a broken drawer and cracked leg, the chair also has a cracked leg. The pieces are impossible to put together due to the broken drawer. I have tried contacting Linon customer service and of course their answering machine is full. I have used their on line replacement form THREE times since the day after Christmas and no response. This will be the last time I purchase any furniture from Linon. I wish I would have read all these reviews before I purchased my daughters vanity set.

I am missing the plastic cap off one of the fleur di lis metal stools. I ordered 4 chairs. The cap was broken on arrival and they are so flimsy I am afraid more will break. I would like to get at least 4 of the caps for the bottom of the chair rails because I am afraid more of them will break. I is the Fleur DI LIS Metal Stool #02732MTL-01-KD-U

I have purchased a 2nd chair from Limon (36053NBLK-01-KD), however, the 2nd chair did not come with an instruction manual to put the chair together. Unfortunately, I didn't keep the 1st one and this new chair is just sitting against the wall. I've looked on line and during my search, I found other similar concerns of furniture w/o instructions. Please email an instruction manual. I'd really appreciate it. Thank you.
