I ordered a set of nesting tables and some of the pieces are damaged. The instructions from the company say to call or go online to order these parts. I have placed a phone call and had to leave a message but was directed to a web site for consumer support. There is absolutely nothing on the website to help with replacement parts. I then contacted JC Penny where I purchased the tables and they only had the same useless info I already had access to. I find it odd that even the store selling their furniture can't get any info either. I am sorry I purchased these but since it was Penney's I thought I could get some results since I have always trusted their products. Although I can return them and probably will, it is a real bother since the tables are already assembled. I need the top of the large table and the drawer fronts for both large and small. I will not purchase this furniture again and have asked Penney's to file a complaint as well.
